No. Due to the pandemic and COVID-19 travel restrictions, we have suspended all shipping outside of the the United States of America (including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska) indefinitely. 

As Sample Store uses some of the latest graphics designs which may not be supported in lower version of browsers, it is recommended that you use the following browsers to access Sample Store:

We’re sorry that one of our products is not available for purchase. We’re already looking at ways to replenish our inventory. We can’t tell you exactly when items will be back in stock. But, you can always sign up to receive back in stock notifications through your ‘My Account‘ feature.

We’ll typically send you a link with your tracking information once your parcel has left our warehouse. You can also track your orders by logging into ‘My Account’ and viewing your most recent orders.

If you need to cancel your order for any reason there are varying time limits depending on what shipping option you’ve chosen:

Express and Next-Day Shipping – 15 minutes after completing your order

Standard Shipping – 60 minutes after completing your order

Depending on the delivery speed you choose at checkout, delivery time may vary. Please keep in mind delivery time does not include the time it takes the Mallory Cup Team to process and package your order.

we’re committed to ensuring that we keep you and your information safe. In order to do this, we perform periodic security checks on some orders placed through our website. We use advance encryption technology, similar to the ones used at banks, which encodes data transmitted online, so that it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure server.

Sure! We accept PayPal. Please look for the PayPal symbol during checkout and follow the prompts on the screen.

Thanks for asking! Currently, the Mallory Cup website does support payment plans or third-party tools that allow you to spread the total cost of a purchase into separate installments.

Occasionally, Mallory Cup may run a promotional campaign and offer our products at a reduced rate or provide shipping free of charge. Discount/Promo codes can only be used one time per customer through the duration of the promotional offer. We reserve the right to terminate this discount without notice. Terms and conditions apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges due to the type of products we sell for sanitary and hygienic reasons. If we notice an unusual pattern of suspicious activity, we reserve the right to cancel an order or deactivate the users’ account.
